Refund and Returns Policy

At Morandi Lifestyle, we take great pride in crafting high-quality products made from 100% natural fibers. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we ensure that every product meets our high standards. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or refunds only for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged:

  • Baby care products (Jhablas, sleeping bags, frocks, etc.)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Washed or used products

Return & Refund Process

  1. Raise a Request
    • Email us at contact@morandilifestyle.com with your order details, images of the damaged product, and a brief explanation.
    • Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
  2. Approval & Pickup
    • If approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you on how to send it back.
    • The product must be securely packed for safe transit.
  3. Inspection & Refund
    • Once received, we will inspect the product and process a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
    • If the product does not meet the return criteria, it will be sent back to you.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you may return the damaged one (if eligible) and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Shipping Charges for Returns

  • If the return is due to damage or defect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return does not meet our policy criteria, the customer will bear the shipping charges.
